Refund Policy

This policy explains subscription cancellation, refund requests, and support expectations for Edgeville Labs digital access.

Subscription billing

Edgeville Labs PK Helper is sold as a monthly digital subscription. The current checkout price is $10.00 USD per month unless Stripe shows a different price before payment.

Cancellations

You can request cancellation through support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access normally remains active until the end of the already-paid billing period.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If you cannot access the launcher or license after payment and support cannot resolve the issue, contact us within 7 days of the initial purchase. Used subscription time, account bans, rule enforcement by third-party services, or issues unrelated to Edgeville Labs access are generally not refundable.

Disputes

Contact support before opening a payment dispute so we can look up your checkout email, license status, Discord link status, and launcher logs.
